This project is to be implemented at Chakenge_Village at Kisarawe District, the Project covers about 2000 Acres with intention of establishing an Industrial City with facilities like Light-Medium-Manufacturing (Heavy) Industries, Agricultural Land, Abattoir site and fattening land, Institutions and public building residential and commercial/Trading zone, recreational park (18 hores Golf course and other mixed sports) .
